Embarking upon a second career while already running a small business, Suzanne Williams contacted me to develop a brand for her clinical therapy practice. Upon reviewing the Vancouver therapy scene, we were taken aback by an especially crowded competitive landscape. How would we position her new practice to successfully attract clients?
A thorough competitive analysis shed light on three things that we could do differently with her brand and online presence. The outcome of that approach involved the creation of a more modern brand that stood out in a sea of dated, uninspired identities.
Since she was already managing her other business, studies, and family, Suzanne gave us autonomy in creating the brand and website. I developed the content strategy to suit her business needs, and created the content from scratch, utilizing search engine optimization (SEO) to help draw potential new clients.
