NOVERO Homes Design Centre
When NOVERO Homes decided to move their thriving company into a larger space and create a showroom environment to display a growing selection of interior finishing materials, they were unsure how to communicate this service to audiences. There were questions around branding it separately and how it would fit into the company’s overall marketing plan.
It was a golden opportunity to manage the brand experience and customer expectations. The NOVERO team could now offer a relevant and differentiated brand experience by inviting potential clients to meet in a beautiful space showcasing the company’s millwork and finishing material samples.
Our plan defined how their brand would act across touchpoints such as the Design Centre, ensuring that their presence in the marketplace remained cohesive and memorable.
The NOVERO Homes brand environment and its related touchpoints are a result of thoroughly understanding the needs and preferences of their target audiences; and studying the competition.
We determined a separate website was needed to support the Design Centre as a sub-branded service. This website allowed us to establish a fresher creative platform for the parent brand, more reflective of current design styles. We chose to incorporate simple interactive tools such as a renovation project Inspiration Gallery to build authority and act as transitional call to action for potential customers. These tools are also used in client meetings by NOVERO’s team.
I partnered on this project with graphic designer Paperclip Creative in naming, website planning, and website development with a freelance web developer.
