NOVERO Homes & Renovations
After several decades in the home construction business, the next generation knew that it was time to reposition and rebrand the family business. Rebrands often have the potential to be complicated, but here the reasons were clear.
Research and discovery established a new brand strategy. Naming honed in on the company’s Italian roots. We then turned our sights to website development and elevating their potential clients’ experience online, as well as key offline touchpoints such as vehicles, construction hoardings, and print pieces.
But this is only the beginning of their story. Find out what’s happening now below.
I partnered with graphic designer Paperclip Creative in naming and brand strategy. After brand development, we worked on digital strategy, website development, and marketing collateral. The website design utilizes a WordPress template which limited the look, but the project gallery provided the right match in terms of functionality.
The owners, Joele & Suzanne Di Meglio, are incredibly savvy and knew a commitment to producing high-quality image assets (i.e. professional photo and video documentation of projects) would help their work stand out from other companies in their space. Suzanne also understood the value of investing in a strong social media presence and engaging blog posts to support branding efforts.
Since the rebrand launch in 2017, NOVERO Homes has experienced tremendous growth. Offline, they’ve doubled in size, moved into new offices and opened a Design Centre—with a subdomain site that launched in 2020. Demand for their work is high, and online visibility has tripled as a result of local SEO and regular blogging efforts.
I continue to work closely with Suzanne on brand strategy, content strategy & development, and SEO. This is includes yearly planning, developing awards submissions, reviewing analytics, managing website content, and providing general marketing support.
